About the Role:
Worldest Intellisoft Limited is seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategies for our growing suite of digital products. This role is essential in shaping how our products are perceived, adopted, and retained by users across various sectors including retail, fintech, education, and more.
As a Product Marketer, you’ll work closely with product, sales, content, and design teams to position our products effectively, communicate their value clearly, and drive user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for all company products.
- Define product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value to target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content, design) to align marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and user persona development.
- Create and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, SMS, email, social media).
- Develop product content: sales decks, product pages, explainer videos, case studies, user guides.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (KPIs: acquisition, engagement, ROI).
- Work with internal teams to plan and promote product launches and feature updates.
- Educate the sales team with tools, training, and marketing materials.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and B2B marketing channels.
- Experience creating marketing materials for web, mobile, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset; familiarity with analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different product lines.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in the fintech, retail, or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Notion, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar.
- Graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Understanding of Nigerian and African tech markets.
